I believe this group should start identifying all the camps in Davidson County. Elect a leader in each of these areas to help with removal. These sites are a health a safety issue, not only for the citizens but the people living in these camps that we wouldn't want a dog to live in. These camps only breed unhealthy conditions and cost the taxpayers. That money could be used for a good solution. Again bad leadership. The picture above is another camp under the Kelly Miller Smith Memorial Bridge (Jefferson Street Bridge). Note: If there is anybody that has some private property that wants all the campers to reside there then go for it. I bet there's not many takers. To much of a liability.
These are camps at the new Wharf Park in Nashville Tn. off Hermitage Ave. and Driftwood St. Located under the Silliman Evans I-24 interstate bridge. It has basically been turned into a Superfund site. Human feces, burned plastic and batteries, hypodermic needles etc. The traffic traveling over the bridge has no idea the health a safety hazards they are exposed to with illegal burning and the possibility of the bridge itself being compromised. The State of Tennessee should be responsible for making the interstates safe. Having a whole illegal tent city habitating under an interstate bridge is not safe.
I-65 and Trinity Lane Exit. To the right..its all over town. That's bad leadership.
Look around the city of Nashville. Do we want people in charge allowing this mess? Time to drain the swamp. Its a sewer swamp!!!
